This year, this last selective sector of the AFRICA ECO RACE® will take place on Friday 13th. We know, for some it is a day of luck, for others it is the opposite. That's why we did not want to raise the level too high for this last race day. For over two thirds of the special stage, the course will evolve on a rather rolling sand track between the dunes without any real crossings at the program. In principle, it will be easy compared to what the survivors will have faced during this Mauritanian week. As a result, competitors should not arrive too late in Saint Louis, Senegal, where the bivouac will be installed on the old aerodrome. They can then enjoy the last evening at the bivouac which is always very friendly, with the officialization of the results and often the reunion of friends and family.
