FINALISING THE ROUTE

Here we are, the recce team has left for an adventure of over 5 weeks and 7.000 km for the creation of the 2020 route.

As each year, the recces are an extremely important part of the rally. Indeed, it's at that moment that our team meet the local, regional and gouvernment officials.

But not only,... It is also a tough challenge to finalize the editing of the road-books and make them the most accurate and precise possible for the competitors to trust them blindly when navigating. The team never forgets to focus on the beautiful african terrains we race through.

This year, the route will be full of surprises and the competitors will be glad to discover BRAND NEW STAGES, as early as the first day upon desembarking on the 7th of January. But also many novelties in MAURITANIA

NEW TV BROADCASTER: ZIGGO SPORT

For the 12th edition of the Africa Eco Race, ZIGGO SPORT, 1st Sports TV channel in the Netherlands with over 4.000.000 spectators, will broadcast a daily 50 minute program.

The program will contain fresh rally-content every day and daily reports of Ziggo Sport F1 anchormen when it comes to motorsports: Olav Mol and Jack Plooij

A show that all Off-Road passionate from the Netherlands will be able to follow with passion!

As many other competitions, several rates are set depending on the date of the competitor's entry. Actually, the FIRST RATE is valid until 15th of September 2019.

Mid August, the AFRICA ECO RACE had the pleasure to share the Race to Dakar Documentary filmed end of June under a warm Monaco sun.

In a few days, over 35 000 views, 600 shares and a reach of 110.000 people !
