KTM ENTERS THE AFRICA ECO RACE 2010

The organisation of the AFRICA ECO RACE is pleased to announce the entry of KTM Customer Service on the 2010 edition.

This decision will both satisfy those KTM competitors who have already entered the race, but also responds to the wishes of those who have approached the organisation for their assistance.

PRESENTATIONS IN SPAIN, ITALY AND BELGIUM…

Since early June, when entries opened for the 2010 edition of the AFRICA ECO RACE, René Metge has been on a tour of Europe in order to present the event to the press and competitors.

On June 4th he was in Spain, with a presentation in Barcelona, where he was joined by José Maria Servia. In the home of the Epsilon ‘family’, many journalists and drivers came to find out more about the event.

On June 11th, he headed for sunny Italy and the charming city of Bergamo.  As in Spain, there was a convivial atmosphere, and an attentive audience. Franco Picco, Alessandro De Petri, Giacomo Vismara and many others attended to talk ‘Africa’…
 
Belgium was the destination on June 17th, for a pleasant, relaxed evening in Brussels. Regular competitors in the sport such as Jacky Loomans and Jean-Paul Forthomme were able to appreciate the AFRICA ECO RACE spirit…
